Trainer Biographies

Chris Schild
Chris has been involved in athletics his whole life. Baseball led him to college where he decided to make Health & Fitness a career. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Health Promotions and earning certifications through AFFA, Chris opened Body Within Personal Training in 1999.
Specializing in working with people in the privacy of their own home, Chris believes his number one job is to help his clients strengthen their bodies by first educating them on proper form and technique, and then motivating and holding clients accountable for their actions. "Strong bodies produce positive results not only on the outside, but more importantly within."
Chris enjoys watching his clients succeed. "When people are successful, they gain an incredible amount of self-confidence, this leads to improvements in all areas of their life."
Chris works with a variety of clients, ages ranging from 15-85. He enjoys the challenge of customizing workouts to meet specific goals.
"My clientele ranges from advanced athletes trying to take their sport to the next level to clients who just want to make lifestyle tasks easier. I really enjoy helping people and I feel very fortunate to have made a career out of something I love doing."

Jenny Schild
Feeling unmotivated? Jenny can fix that!
Holding a degree from James Madison College, a personal training certification from American Council on Exercise (ACE), and YogaFit certifications, she specializes in getting people started!
"I’m involved in Pilates, Yoga, weight training, mountain biking, and I recently started long distance running." Jenny does not let her workouts get boring. "I train myself using many different modes. This is reflected in the way I design workouts for my clients." Jenny’s willingness to try new activities not only keeps her fresh and motivated, but it keeps her grounded.
"Stepping into a new studio or taking a class I don’t know much about is intimidating. I am sure that is the feeling people get before they begin a training program."
However, accepting a challenge or stepping into the unknown can be very rewarding. "I am truly blessed to have a job where I help people realize their potential. It is fantastic watching someone celebrate a physical accomplishment they did not think was possible."

Belinda Wirth
After moving home to Michigan, Belinda decided to focus on a life in balance. She became a personal trainer and now enjoys helping others achieve healthy and balanced lifestyles.
One key to balancing work life, home life and personal time is exercise! It provides stress management, health benefits, sustained energy, self-confidence and “me-time”. As a personal trainer Belinda gets to share the benefits of fitness with clients and the energy it brings to their lives. “It is very satisfying to design exercise programs that both challenges clients to meet their goals and helps them manage daily stresses. I believe if you change your life your body will follow.”
Belinda holds degrees from Michigan Technological University and a personal trainer certification from American Council of Exercise (ACE). Belinda loves to challenge herself with running, biking, hiking and duathlons. “Fitness and outdoor activities are key components to my overall wellness plan and I look forward to sharing this knowledge with clients.”

Kristen Shollack
With a passion for nutrition and fitness making personal training a career is an amazing opportunity for me to do what I love. I feel so fortunate to be able to have the chance to help others reach their goals, whatever they may be.
I am certified through American College of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, the Titleist Performance Institute as a golf fitness instructor, and I also have a certification as a Zumba instructor. I try to keep variety in my own personal workouts with pilates, yoga, step classes, Zumba, plyometrics and strength training. I think changing up activities keeps things fresh and more fun.
